The crisis, that exploded last year, showed us a lesson : complexity in the business of banking is a bad thing. Because of this complexity, many shareholders and investors were/are no longer able to fully com
prehend their investments, leading to not knowing the risks they were/are taking. Nowadays we need to get ridd of this complexity and embrace simplicity. More information about financial statements and banks' risk-taking would be a great start...
